    This chapter examines the long-standing neighbourhood initiative in Thessaloniki, the Alexandrou Svolou Neigbourhood Initiative, a bottom-up and self-organised activist group that was founded in 2013, attempting to provide the physical and immaterial space for communicating, sharing, and eventually commoning.
